1. Under the premise that the waterproof coating film meets the thickness requirements, the more times it is painted, the better the compactness of the film is. Therefore, it should be painted multiple times when painting, whether it is a thick waterproof coating or a thin waterproof coating. Neither should be painted at once. Each brushing should be uniform, and there should be no leakage and accumulation.
2. When brushing for multiple times, the first coating should be dried to form a film, and then the waterproof coating can be applied again. When the roof slope is less than 15%, the carcass reinforcement should be laid parallel or perpendicular to the ridge, depending on the convenience of construction. When the roof slope is greater than 15%, in order to prevent the carcass reinforcement from sliding down, it should be laid perpendicular to the roof ridge.
3. When laying parallel to the ridge, it must be laid upwards from a low elevation, and the carcass reinforcement material is lapped along the direction of the flowing water to avoid choking. When paving the carcass reinforcement material, it should be paved while brushing to avoid separation of the two.
4. In order to ensure the integrity of the waterproof layer of the coating film, the lap width of the long side of the carcass should not be less than 50mm, and the lap width of the short side should not be less than 70mm. It is not necessary to meet the requirements of the lap width of the waterproof membrane. When using two layers of carcass reinforcement materials, the upper and lower layers shall not be laid vertically, so that the two layers of carcass materials have consistent extensibility in the same direction; the lap joints of the upper and lower layers should be staggered, not less than one-third of the width, to avoid The upper and lower carcass reinforcements produce heavy seams and uneven thickness of the waterproof layer.
