Vinyl silicone oil is vinyl-terminated dimethylpolysiloxanes and has reactive vinyl group. They can be used as base polymers of silicone rubber or as blend polymers in order to create the desired hardness. These polymers can be cured with silicon-hydride crosslinkers and a platinum catalyst
ZS-GN01 is a kind of low viscosity two part additional silicone gel, which can cure at room temperature or heated, and the higher the temperature, the faster the cure. It is dustproof, moistureproof, shockproof and insulation for electronic components and assemblies, and has little effect on magnetic permeability. This product does not produce any by-products and can be applied to PC (Poly-carbonate), PP, ABS, PVC and other materials and metal surfaces from -40°C to 200°C.
JT-204D is a new environment-friendly anticorrosion primer. It’s made from water-based modified alkyd emulsions, nano-functional materials, rust inhibitors and related additives, no organic solvent. Anticorrosive pigment with high heavy metal content ,such as mercury and lead, isn’t added.
